    Make a cross-shaped cut at the top of the tomato of approximately one finger deep.

    Place the tomato in a pot with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove and set aside.

    Simultaneously, heat half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cut into bite-size pieces.
