  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

Instructions

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel the carrot and dice it along with the green beans.

    Once the water comes to a boil, add the beans and carrots and boil for 6 minutes. Next, remove and drain.

    Mix the milk, egg and flour in a bowl until all the ingredients are combined.

    Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the mixture in two or three parts to obtain two or three pancakes.

    Lower the heat to medium and once the bottom part has set, flip the pancake and cook for a few seconds. Repeat the process until the mixture is finished or make a large pancake.
