Instructions
Put the rice with 1/3 of the curry and boiling water (twice the rice amount) in a pot.
Once boiling, cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes over medium-low heat and add salt and pepper.
Chop the onion with the garlic and put in a pot over high heat.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the onion with the garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix well and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and add. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes while stirring from time to time.
Add the tomato sauce with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mix well, cover and cook for 5 more minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Serve the plate hot with the rice and the chicken with sauce on top.
