Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the indicated time on the package. Remove and drain.
Peel the garlic and make a cross cut on top of the tomato of only a finger deep.
Put the tomato and garlic in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, drain, blend and set aside.
At the same time, season the fish with half the olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut into bites.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cook for 4-6 minutes over medium heat while stirring.
Then add the remaining oil with the blended sauce.
Season to taste and add chopped parsley. Cook for 5 more minutes and then add the pasta.
Let cook for 3-4 minutes for a better taste and remove from heat.
Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
