Instructions
Slice or chop the almonds. Then chop the garlic and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Put the broccoli in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 3 minutes. Remove.
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, add the almonds and toast over medium heat for some minutes. Remove.
Add half the oil in a pan, spread and add the garlic with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for some seconds.

Heat the remaining oil in another pan. Once heated, add the fish and cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
