For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Place the garlic and parsley in a blender and blitz. Crush until you obtain a paste. Set aside.
In a deep pan heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, chop the onion.
Once heated, stir-fry the onion with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add the parsley and garlic mixture, continue stir-frying.
