Instructions
Chop the bell pepper and some of the tomato. Slice the olives and the remaining tomato.
You can use any bell pepper you have.
Heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to both sides of the fish.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the fish. Cook each side for 4 minutes.
Then heat the remaining oil in another pan and, once heated, add the chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. If you want, you can cover the pan for an even cooking process while stirring from time to time.
Remove the stir-fry and add the sliced tomato with a pinch of salt. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes over medium heat and remove.
Mix the stir-fry with the sliced olives.
Serve the fish and cover with the vegetables.
