Instructions
Heat a pot with water over high heat. In the meantime, peel and cut the potato into pieces.
Once boiling, add the potato. Let boil for 8-10 minutes or until soft without falling apart. Drain.
Season the fish with half the oil, salt and pepper.
Heat the pan over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Then chop the garlic and cut the mushrooms into pieces.
Add the remaining oil to the same pot and stir-fry the mushrooms with the garlic for 4-5 minutes.
Add the milk, nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.
Once boiling, add the cornstarch previously diluted in half the milk. Mix until thickened.
Serve the fish on the plate and pour the mushroom sauce on top. Add the potatoes.
