    For this recipe you need to previously wash the quinoa with plenty of water, at least 3 times and drain.

    Boil the quinoa in a pot filled with water and add turmeric. Keep in mind that you will use 2 servings of water for 1 serving of quinoa.

    Boil for 15-20 minutes until done, and the water has been absorbed.

    Meanwhile, clean the fish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
