Instructions
For this recipe you need to previously wash the quinoa with plenty of water, at least 3 times and drain.
Boil the quinoa in a pot filled with water and add turmeric. Keep in mind that you will use 2 servings of water for 1 serving of quinoa.
Boil for 15-20 minutes until done, and the water has been absorbed.
Meanwhile, clean the fish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the grill over high heat. Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the fish. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
When desired doneness is reached, remove.
For the quinoa dressing, mix with the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and/or oregano, garlic paste or powder and a pinch of salt.
Once the quinoa is done, remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over the dressing. Mix until combined.
If you wish, you can add other herbs if desired.
Serve the fish with quinoa with herbs on a plate.
