For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Clean the fish and add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the butter with the garlic paste and pepper in a bowl.
Add the mixture in a pan and stir over medium-low heat until the butter melts.
Set aside in a bowl and add half the lemon juice.
Add the fish to the pan where you melted the butter and cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Turn off.
