For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Clean the fish and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil and add the fish.
Cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat and, once cooked as desired, remove.
At the same time, cut the bell pepper with the zucchini and chop the garlic with the scallion.

Heat the remaining oil in another pan and, once heated, add the vegetables with a pinch of salt.
Saute over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Then add salt and pepper, the scallion and turn off.
