  • Cucumber1/2 cup (60 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Cilantro1 tablespoon (3 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Paprika1/2 teaspoon (2 g)

    Place a pot over medium heat. While heating, chop the garlic.

    Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread and add the garlic with the rice. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Add the paprika and double the volume of water or broth to the rice. Mix.
