Instructions
Place a pot over medium heat. While heating, chop the garlic.

Simultaneously, clean the shrimp, remove the tails and also the black line at the back.
Place a pan over medium heat with the remaining oil and once heated, add the shrimp.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, turn off and set aside.
Chop the cilantro and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Mix the shrimp with the fried rice, season with salt and pepper.
Add the peanuts, cucumber and cilantro. Season with lemon juice and serve.
