For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Heat half the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime, drain and dice the tofu.
Once heated, add the tofu and brown all its sides. At the same times, cut the broccoli into small florets.
Once the tofu is brown, add the remaining oil and broccoli and saute for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until ready.
