For this recipe you can use turkey or chicken ham.
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
Cut the ham into small pieces and/or strips.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, chop the garlic and parsley.
Once heated, pour in the oil, spread and add the garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute over medium heat. Add the ham and cook for 1 more minute.
Meanwhile, in a bowl add the egg, milk and salt and pepper. Beat with a fork and set aside.
Next, add the pasta, stir and pour the egg together with the milk. Stir constantly until the egg sets.
Serve hot and sprinkle with parsley.
