Instructions
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.
Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes. Boil for 12 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.
Cut the tenderloin into bite-size pieces.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, chop the garlic and onion and cut the mushrooms into quarters.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and sear the meat on all sides for approximately 4-5 minutes. Remove.
Next, add the garlic, onion and mushrooms in the same pan and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Add the beef, cover, lower the heat to the minimum and cook for 3 more minutes.
Once the potatoes are done, mash them with a fork until creamy.
Mix with the remaining olive oil, chopped parsley and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and if you wish, you can add garlic.
Serve the beef with mushrooms and mashed potatoes hot on a plate.
