For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Put the peas in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 6 minutes. Once cooked, remove and drain.
Heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the chicken and then add the garlic on both sides.
Once heated, pour half the oil, add the chicken and cook over each side over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until brown.
