Instructions
Peel and slice the potato. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender, but not falling apart.
When there are 30 seconds left to remove the potato, add the spinach, previously washed, for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, slice the garlic and season the fish with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour in half of the oil and add the garlic. Reduce the heat to low and brown the garlic for a few seconds.
Remove the garlic and add the fish. Increase the heat to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
In another pan, heat the remaining oil and brown the potatoes on both sides. Once done, turn off the heat.
Serve the fish on a plate with the garlic, the potato with chopped parsley and the spinach seasoned with nutmeg.
Pour the lemon juice over the fish.
