Place a pan over high heat. While heating, chop the garlic, parsley and season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour in the oil, add the garlic, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 1 minute.
Add the salmon, skin side down, and cook for 5 minutes per side.
Once the salmon is done, add the parsley and remove.
Add the pineapple and cook for 1 minute per side.
Simultaneously, place water with a little salt in a pot and boil.
Once boiling, add the peas and boil for 6 minutes.
When 3 minutes are left, add the cauliflower cut into small florets and cook for the remaining 3 minutes.
Remove, drain and serve on a plate. Serve with pineapple and salmon.
