Instructions
Place the gnocchi in a pot of boiling water and once the pasta starts to float, remove, drain and set aside.
Place spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds. Remove, drain and cut into pieces.
Place a pan over medium heat and heat the oil. Stir-fry the previously chopped garlic for one minute.
Next, add the spinach and stir-fry with the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the ham and mix.
Add the evaporated whole milk, or replace with cream. Mix and add the gnocchi.
Season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg, stir and serve.
