Instructions
Boil the pasta in water for the time indicated on the package.
Peel the garlic and make a cross cut at the top of the tomato of only a finger deep.

Once the sauce is ready, pour the remaining oil, stir and add the pasta. Mix well.
Serve the pasta with the beef and sprinkle with cheese.
