Instructions
For this recipe you need cooked rice. Also, you can use sesame oil to replace your usual oil of choice.
You can replace broccoli with cauliflower, carrot or bell pepper strips, snow peas, mung bean sprouts, beans, asparagus or the vegetables of your choice.
Place a pot filled with water over high heat until boiling.
Meanwhile, mince the garlic, chop the broccoli and dice the tenderloin. Set aside.
Once the water is boiling, add the broccoli and let it boil for 3 minutes. Remove, stop cooking with cold water and set aside.
Mix in a bowl the garlic, soy sauce, water (double the amount of soy sauce), oil, sugar and pepper powder.
Add the tenderloin to the bowl, mix well and let stand for 15 minutes. If you do not have time, skip this step.
Heat a griddle over high heat. Once heated, add the tenderloin, reduce the heat to medium and sear on all sides.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 3 more minutes. Turn off.
Season to taste and serve. Serve with cooked rice and broccoli.
