    You can replace broccoli with cauliflower, carrot or bell pepper strips, snow peas, mung bean sprouts, beans, asparagus or the vegetables of your choice.

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat until boiling.

    Meanwhile, mince the garlic, chop the broccoli and dice the tenderloin. Set aside.

    Once the water is boiling, add the broccoli and let it boil for 3 minutes. Remove, stop cooking with cold water and set aside.
