  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Butter1/3 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
  • Green Beans1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Mushrooms1/2 cup (35 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Oil1/2 tablespoon (5 ml)

    Step 1

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, cut off the ends of the green beans, peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water is boiling, add the green beans and the potato. Let boil for 10 minutes and when 6 minutes are left, add the green beans.

    Once done, remove, drain and set aside. Separate the potatoes from the beans.

    Heat the griddle pan or grill over high heat. While heating, season the chicken with salt and pepper.

    Once heated, pour the oil and add the chicken breast, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

    Meanwhile, chop the garlic, cut the tomato into pieces and the mushrooms into slices.

    Once the chicken is done, remove and in the same pan, add the previously chopped vegetables.

    Stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the beans, stir and turn off.

    Once the potatoes are done, mix with the milk and butter. Mash until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve the chicken on a plate with the mashed potatoes, beans, tomato and mushrooms.
