  • Plain Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

    For this recipe you can cook the potato and carrot in two ways, you can boil and grill it or you can cook it in the air fryer or oven.

    Place the pot with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and cut the potato together with the carrot into strips.

    Once boiling, add the potato and boil for 2 minutes. Then, add the carrot and boil for 6-8 more minutes. Remove and drain.

    At the same time, heat half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper the chicken.

    Once heated, add the chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes per side.

    After flipping, add the carrot together with the potatoes and the remaining oil. Brown for a few minutes and, when all is done, remove from heat.

    Air fryer or oven option: Peel and cut the carrot together with the potatoes into strips.

    Cover with the remaining oil and cook in the air fryer/oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for 15-20 minutes. Then, remove and cook for 5 more minutes.
