For this recipe, you can use sesame or any oil you have at home. You can also use any bell pepper you like.
Wash the sprouts, cut the bell pepper and the onion into strips and chop the garlic and ginger.
Heat the pan over high heat and, once heated, pour half the oil with the onion and garlic.
Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat with a pinch of salt. Two minutes before finishing, add the bell pepper and stir.
Add the sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger and mix. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
In the meantime, heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, pour the remaining oil. Add the egg and cook until it sets.
Season to taste and serve hot. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
