  • Ginger1/2 slice (1 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Sesame Seeds1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Bell Pepper1/4 count (30 g)

Instructions

    For this recipe, you can use sesame or any oil you have at home. You can also use any bell pepper you like.

    Wash the sprouts, cut the bell pepper and the onion into strips and chop the garlic and ginger.
