  • Turmeric1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)
  • Yogurt2 tablespoon (30 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Mustard1 teaspoon (5 g)

    Cook the rice: Add double the volume of water to rice.

    Once boiling, lower the heat. Cook for 17 - 20 minutes or until the liquid is completely evaporated, and the rice is tender.

    Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into small florets. You can use broccoli, cauliflower or a combination of both.
