Instructions
For this recipe use lean pork cuts.
Place the griddle pan or grill over high heat. While heating, season the pork with salt and pepper, coat with oil and sprinkle with oregano, paprika powder and garlic paste or powder.
Once heated, add the pork and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes per side.
Simultaneously, boil water with a pinch of salt.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and chop the paprika.
Once boiling, add the cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes. Once done, remove, drain and set aside.
Once the pork is cooked, remove, add the remaining oil, add the paprika with a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Next, add the cauliflower and stir. Turn off.
Serve the grilled pork with the vegetables hot on a plate.
