For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot of boiling water.
Boil for 3 minutes with a pinch of salt. Remove, drain and set aside.
Simultaneously, place the grill over high heat and season the pork with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the pork. Brown on both sides for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.
Then cover, lower the heat to medium-low and let cook for about 5 minutes more.
Season the broccoli with the remaining oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
