Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
Separately, shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrot into small pieces. After 6 minutes of boiling the corn, add the carrots and peas to the pot.
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the vegetable pot with 3 minutes remaining. Boil for the remaining time and remove.
At the same time, place a grill over high heat and season the pork with salt and pepper to taste.
Once heated, pour half of the oil to the grill and add the pork. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side over medium heat.
Next, lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until well done. Remove.
Mix the pasta with the cooked vegetables and season with the remaining oil and lemon juice. Serve.
