Peel and dice the sweet potato Then cut the broccoli into small florets.
Boil the sweet potato in a pot for 3 minutes. Once ready, remove and drain.
Then heat the milk in a pan and add the sweet potato.
Take to high heat and, once boiling, cover and let cook for 10-12 minutes over medium-low heat. Once the sweet potato is sweet, turn off and set aside.
Preheat a grill over medium heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef.
Once the pan is heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the pork.
Cook each side for 5-6 minutes over medium heat and, if you want, cover it after you flip it for an even cooking process.
Once ready, serve. Season the broccoli with the remaining oil, salt and pepper to taste. If you want, you can add some lemon juice.
