For this recipe you need cooked beets.
Boil water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces.

In the same pot, cook the green beans, previously cut, for 6 minutes. Remove once tender.

Once heated, add the turkey and brown all its sides. This will take 3-4 minutes.
Then add the remaining oil with the cooked potatoes to brown in the grill.
Then lower the heat to medium and continue cooking until well cooked. Set aside. If you want, you can add the green beans for some minutes.
Peel and dice the beets.
