  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Green Beans3/4 cup (75 g)
  • Paprika Powder1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

    Step 1

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, cut off the ends of the green beans, peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water is boiling, add the beans and the potato. Let it boil for 10 minutes and when 6 minutes are left, add the green beans.

    Once done, remove, drain and set aside. Separate the potatoes from the beans.

    Heat the griddle pan or grill over high heat. While heating, season the turkey meat with salt and pepper.
