Hard-Boiled Egg and Tomato Pasta Salad with Avocado Dressing

Ingredients

• Pasta1/2 cup (80 g)
• Tomato1 count (130 g)
• Avocado1/4 count (60 g)
• Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
• Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
• Egg2 count (110 g)

   Boil the pasta according to the time indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

   At the same time, boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes. Once done, stop cooking with cold water, peel and slice.

   For the avocado dressing, mix the mashed avocado, yogurt and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add a pinch of garlic powder.
