For this recipe you need regular vinegar and oil, but, if you want to give it an eastern taste, use rice vinegar and sesame oil.
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the indicated time in the package. Remove and drain.
In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the pork and cut into bites. At the same time, heat oil in a pot or pan over high heat.
