    For this recipe we need water, 4 times the amount of cornstarch. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the water for the sauce and half a tablespoon to season the chicken.

    Dice the chicken breast and place in a bowl.

    Season the chicken with a pinch of salt, ground garlic, pepper and the water set aside at the beginning. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Mix the sugar, water and stir. Add the honey and mix again until well combined.
