In the meantime, finely slice the garlic. Next, add salt and pepper to the fish and pour the lemon.
Let marinate for 10 minutes, half an hour, 1 hour or the whole night.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour the oil with the butter, let melt and spread.
Add the garlic, lower the heat to medium-low and let stir-fry for 1 minute before removing.
In the same pan, add the fish, lower the heat to medium and let each side cook for 4 minutes. Turn off and set aside.
Serve the fish with the potatoes and put the garlic on top of the fish. If you want, you can add more lemon juice.
