Instructions
For this recipe you can cook the potatoes in the air fryer or a pan. We will provide you with both instructions.
Peel and slice the potato. If you use the air fryer, spread half the oil on the potatoes and set aside.
Place them in the air fryer and let cook over 356 °F (180 °C) for 25 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
If you use a pan, you must cut the potato slices into sticks and put them in a pot with boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
Then spread half the oil on the potatoes and put them in a pan previously heated.
Let cook each side for 2 minutes over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
Next, mix the chopped parsley, lemon juice, garlic paste or powder and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Place the fish in the mixture.
Let sit for 15 minutes, one hour or the whole night. If you don't have the time, skip this step and cook directly.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, pour the remaining oil and add the marinated fish.
Cook each side for 4 minutes until browned. Then lower the heat, cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve the fish with the potatoes.
