Instructions
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and slice the potato.
Once the water comes to a boil, add the potato and boil for 10-12 minutes until soft but not falling apart. Drain.
Heat the grill over high heat. While heating, season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
Once heated, add half of the oil and spread. Add the turkey.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 4 minutes per side or until browned on both sides.
When flipping the turkey, you can season with rosemary. Remove from heat once you reach desired doneness.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium-high heat and once heated, add the cooked potatoes.
Brown for 2 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
Serve the lemon turkey with browned potatoes on a plate.
