Place half of the oil, soy sauce and paprika in a bowl. Cover the fish with the mixture.

Cook for 7-8 minutes until the fish is browned in both sides. Remove and serve with the rice and green beans.
Cut the tomato into bites.
Season the vegetables with the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
