  • Chicken Breast150 g
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)

  • Carrot1 medium (60 g)
  • Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
  • Celery1/2 stalk (20 g)
  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Parsley1 tablespoon (4 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)

    Step 1

    Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.

    Meanwhile, clean the chicken meat and cut into very small pieces. You can use the food processor but be careful not to grind it too much.

    In a bowl, mix the chicken meat with the chopped garlic and flour. Season to taste with salt and pepper and if desired, add chopped parsley.
