    Cook the rice: In a pot add double the volume of water to the rice. You can also use broth.

    Add half of the paprika, 1/3 of the chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

    Once boiling, lower the heat and let it cook for 17 - 20 minutes or until the liquid is completely absorbed, and the rice is done.

    For the patties: Chop the rest of the garlic and place in a bowl with the ground beef and breadcrumbs.

    Mix well until all the ingredients are mixed together and shape the mini patties with your hands. Refrigerate.
