Oregano Chicken with Fresh Salad, Olives and Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

• Chicken Breast200 g
• Oregano1/4 tablespoon (1 g)
• Lettuce1 cup (35 g)
• Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
• Black Olives5 count (25 g)
• Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
• Mustard1 teaspoon (5 g)
• Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
• Oil1/2 tablespoon (5 ml)

Instructions

   Step 1

   Heat the grill or pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the chicken.

   Once heated, pour the oil and add the chicken breast. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.

   Once you flip it, sprinkle with oregano. Remove once well cooked.
