For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Heat a pan over medium heat while chopping the garlic and dicing the bell pepper.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and spread it around.
Add the garlic together with the bell pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Then add the cooked rice, lower the heat and leave for about 5 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Separately, season the fish with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: You can add a little lemon juice.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, add the rest of the oil and spread.
Once the grill is heated, add the fish, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
When flipping, sprinkle with oregano. Remove when desired doneness is reached.
Serve the oregano fish and rice with bell peppers on a plate.
