Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, cut the chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the oil and add the chicken breast. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.
While the chicken is cooking, chop the garlic with the parsley and slice the mushrooms.
Remove the chicken and add the garlic and mushrooms to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the milk, oregano, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 5 minutes until reduced.
Add the chicken, the cooked pasta and the grated cheese. Let it cook for a few seconds and remove from heat.
Serve hot.
