Cut off the bottom part of the asparagus and then cut the sweet potato into wedges.
Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the sweet potato wedges.
Cook each side for 5-6 minutes over medium-low heat until browned.
Then remove the sweet potato, add the asparagus with a bit of water, cover and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat while stirring from time to time.
Then preheat another pan. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the pork and, if you want, some chopped garlic.
Once heated, pour the remaining oil, spread and add the pork. Cook each side for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.
Once all is ready, add salt and pepper to the sweet potato and mix with the chopped parsley. Serve the sweet potato with the asparagus and pork.
