Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
Peel the garlic and make a cross cut at the top of the tomato of about a finger deep.
Place the tomato and garlic in a pot with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, drain and blend. Set aside.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour in the oil.
Add the ground beef and cook stirring for about 5-7 minutes until it takes a brownish color.
Add the blended tomato sauce, bay leaf and salt and pepper.
Once boiling, lower the heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
On a plate serve the pasta with the beef bolognese sauce.
