Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
Make a cross-shapped cut at the top of the tomato of about one finger deep.
Place the tomato in a pot of boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, drain and blend it. Set aside.
At the same time, chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the oil with the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Next, add the ground beef and cook stirring for about 5-7 minutes until it takes a brownish color.
Add the prepared sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
You can also add a pinch of paprika, oregano or bay leaf.
Let cook over low heat and stir occasionally. It will well done in 5-7 minutes, but you can let it cook for longer if desired.
Next, mash the remaining garlic with the butter until obtain a paste. You can add oregano, parsley or basil.
Slice the bread and spread the mixture.
Bake for a few minutes at 356 °F (180 °C) until golden brown and set aside. You can also cook in a pan, microwave or air fryer.
Serve the pasta with the garlic bread. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
