Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
At the same time, heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Cut the chicken into bites and salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken and brown on all sides over medium heat. This will take 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms.
Add the vegetable with the chicken, low to medium heat and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes until done. Set aside.
Lastly, place the egg in a bowl with half of the milk, salt, pepper and beat.
Add the pasta and egg mixture to the pan with the chicken and mushrooms.
Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes until done.
Remove from heat and ser. Add the remaining milk, oil and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
If you wish, you can add parsley.
