Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Add the peas with 6 minutes remaining. Once done, remove and drain.

Cook for 4-6 minutes per side over medium heat. Once done, remove and slice the beef. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cut off the woody ends of the asparagus, cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the mushrooms.
In the same heated grill, add the remaining oil, broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms.
Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes and stir occasionally.
Cover and continue cooking for 3 more minutes and remove.
Place the pasta with the beef and vegetable in a bowl. Mix well and serve.
