Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, turn off and drain.
Then heat half the oil in a pan over high heat. In the same pan, cut the beef into bites and add salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the beef and cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir from time to time until both sides are browned.
In the meantime, chop the onion with the garlic and cut the mushrooms. Peel the carrot and cut into thin strips.
Once the beef is browned, add the remaining oil with the onion, garlic and carrot. Stir-fry with the beef for 5 minutes.
Then add the mushrooms, salt and pepper, mix and cover. Continue cooking for 4 more minutes.
Once well cooked, add the cooked pasta and peanut. Stir, let cook for 1 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve the pasta with the beef, mushroom and peanut stir-fry.
