Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
Separately, heat a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the beef into bites and salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the beef.
Brown on all sides, this will take approximately 4-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the garlic and slice the mushrooms. Wash and dry the spinach.
Add the garlic and mushrooms in the pan and stir-fry with the beef for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste and stir occasionally. Lastly, add the spinach.
Cover and let cook for a few minutes until reduce in volume.
Mix the mixture with the pasta and add grated Parmesan cheese. Pour the remaining oil and mix well.
Serve.
